The Reading Buddies program is a cherished and highly beneficial initiative at our school, pairing older students (typically 4th-6th grade) with younger students (often Kindergarten or 1st grade) to read together. This program not only provides essential one-on-one reading practice for the younger children but also fosters leadership, mentoring, and community among students of different ages.
