Recent changes to the New York State Education Law require that BMI and weight status group be included as part of the student’s school health examination. A sample of school districts will be selected to take part in a survey by the New York State Department of Health. If our school is selected to be part of the survey, we will be reporting to New York State Department of Health information about our students’ weight status groups. Please see the attached form for more information.
If you do not wish to have your child’s weight status group information included as part of the Health Department’s survey this year, please print and sign your name on the attached form and return it to Sue Griffen by November 5th.

K-3 Character Assembly to formally recognize students who have demonstrated outstanding character traits throughout the marking period. These young leaders were honored for embodying positive values like respect, responsibility, and kindness, setting a wonderful example for the entire school community. Go Cougars!

North Warren Kindergarten students celebrated the successful completion of their ABC Bootcamp with a glamorous red carpet celebration, proudly showing off their mastery of the alphabet and sounds. The event, which included the students transforming into the Letter People, was a joyful culmination of their early literacy efforts and was warmly attended by supportive families.

The recent Senior Night celebration was a heartfelt occasion dedicated to recognizing the dedication and contributions of our graduating student-athletes. These seniors were honored for their hard work, sportsmanship, and leadership, marking a memorable farewell to their high school sports careers.

North Warren Elementary celebrated school spirit with a vibrant Green and Gold Day, where students teamed up by school colors for a day of friendly class competitions and fun.
